Refund & Return Policy
Bulk/Custom Orders:
We will only issue a refund if you cancel during the proofing stage and we’ve already captured payment.
All other sales of this type are final.
If you receive a product that in some way does not match the approved layout, please send us a picture and detailed description of the issue and we will address it accordingly as soon as possible.
Premanufactured Items for Sale:
All premanufactured items for sale are eligible for refund before shipping.
After shipping all premanufactured items are eligible for exchange if the item is defective and reported with pictures within 7 days of receipt.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your order was shown delivered by the shipping company, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted. Please contact us with photos before returning an item for refund or exchange.
